After-Hours & Same Day Online GP Care

We know that health concerns don’t always happen during normal business hours.

That’s why we have partnered with Practice Plus to give you access to online after-hours GP appointments.

Practice Plus offers same-day virtual appointments with qualified doctors and nurse practitioners from: 

• 9am – 10pm weekdays 

• 8am – 8pm weekends and public holidays 

We can also refer you to book a virtual appointment through Practice Plus during our normal business hours if we feel you need to see a GP quickly, and we don’t have any appointments available that day in the clinic. If we refer you for a same-day appointment, we can give you a voucher code to discount the appointment and give you instructions on how to book your appointment. 

Using secure video technology, a Practice Plus clinician can help with a wide range of medical needs - from coughs, colds, chronic migraines and emergency contraception, through to prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy, medical certificates, and health advice. 

For continuity of care, a copy of your consultation notes will be shared with our team at Little London Medical (unless you ask us not to). Your Practice Plus clinician will let you know if an in-person visit is needed with your Little London GP. This will always be the case if you need a physical examination.
